An Amazing Day Made up of Historical and Unusual Visits

There are several caves to visit and a belvedere overlooking the vineyards of Cerdon to see in this Prehistoric Amusement Park. You’ll admire this impressive underground route shaped during the great ice ages.

There are three guided tours at 11:00 a.m., 2:30 p.m., and 4:30 p.m., which you have to book in advance if you'd like to take one. Or you can visit on your own with an audio guide. Don’t forget to wear warm clothes even in summer, as the temperature is cold inside the caves!

Located in the centre of Viriat, Versaud et Fils is a Bresse-style restaurant that serves homemade cuisine with fresh and local products. This place’s speciality is frog legs.

Epidéfi is a leisure park where you’ll find a big maze in a large cornfield. Surrounded by nature, you have different options (for children and adults) as you have to solve riddles on the way.

The Maison du Charolais invites you to discover the world-famous Charolais breed. This place is made up of a museum, a tasting area, a shop selling local products, and a restaurant.
