Unlike mountain rivers that have been sawing their canyons for hundreds of thousands of years, dry canyons were formed during an earthquake.
The canyon walls rise 20-30 meters, forming narrow, winding corridors. On the right and left, as a result of the most powerful tremors, karst cavities and grottos of bizarre shapes are exposed. The picture is complemented by a dense boxwood forest, trees overgrown with moss and wild lianas, reaching a length of 5-7 meters.

After the race we go to Sochi. The local Arboretum is a perfect place for a walk.
The park was founded in 1892 by S.N. Khudekov, a Ryazan nobleman, journalist, writer and art historian. The Arboretum is a unique collection of exotic and rare plants (over 2000 species) on an area of 48 hectares. Here are plants from different parts of the world: North and South America, Australia and New Zealand, the Caucasus, China and Japan, the Far East and the Himalayas. Most of them are evergreens.
From here, you can enjoy the view of the sun setting over the sea horizon.

Park your car and walk around the center of Sochi. Walk along the promenade or along Platanova Alley. In the evenings there is a great atmosphere.

Tonight's dinner is at an Italian restaurant. Here they serve dishes based on both ancient recipes and the fantasies of the Italian chef, Daniele Benedetti. The famous chef Angelo Paracucchi passed on his special skills, which he honed in the restaurants of Tuscany, Veneto, Lombardy, Piedmont and Liguria.
