As a travel blogger and freelance writer I've visited over 50 countries, focusing on unique and sometimes offbeat local experiences as well as luxurious and quirky accommodation. I've worked for a number of specialist tour operators and travel agencies, creating content, planning trip itineraries, and even on the ground in operational roles, so I know the travel industry inside out.
I've also been writing my blog, Conversant Traveller, for 10 years, and have undertaken several blogging adventures to places like Kenya, Sri Lanka, and Morocco.
